General hotel terms

All prices per person in a hotel room include:

• INN’s HOLZ Pampering Package
• Use of the entire wellness area
• Use of the fitness studio

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in from 3:00 PM
Check-out until 11:00 AM

SURCHARGES AND DISCOUNTS
- Single room supplement: €25 per adult per night
- Single overnight supplement: €25 per adult per night
- Holiday and weekend supplement:
€16 per adult per night, excluding February, August, and the Christmas holidays
- New Year’s Eve supplement:
€85 per adult | €40 per child (10-15 years) | €20 per child (4-9 years)
- Room with breakfast: €15 credit per night on the half-board price
- For meals canceled by 12:00 noon on-site, we will credit €15

MINIMUM STAY
4 nights during the Christmas holidays

CHILDREN
per night in parents’ room, with 2 full-paying adults
0 – 3 years €15
4 – 9 years €30
10 – 15 years €50

PETS
Small dogs are welcome upon request only! The hotel reserves the right to charge for any necessary final cleaning if you bring a pet. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket. Please understand that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining room, the spa area, or our garden. Pets are welcome for €15 per night (excluding food).

WINTER SPORTS SERVICE
Ski bus ride to the Hochficht ski area €12 per person.

PICK-UP SERVICE
We will gladly pick you up from Linz train station, Hörsching airport, or Passau train station and bring you to our hotel. Price on request. (up to 6 people)

LOCAL TAX
€2.40 per adult per night

PAYMENT
We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard as well as EC card/Maestro.

CANCELLATION
Free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
40% of the total price 3 months to 1 month before arrival
70% of the total price 1 month to 1 week before arrival
90% of the total price in the last week before arrival

In the event of cancellations or short-notice cancellations, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Please understand that refunds are generally not possible.

General chalet terms

All prices are per person in the chalet and include:

3 nights, 2 nights are possible at short notice with a surcharge of €10 per person per night.
7 nights during the Christmas holidays.

PETS
To ensure your pet feels completely at ease, please bring their own dog blanket or bed. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the spa area or the garden. Any necessary extra cleaning will be charged separately. Pet per night (excluding food): €20.
